Admit you did the wrong thing when it came to him. You knew damn well that clutch wouldnt work. Instead of doing the right thing and imforming your customer you did nothing but make a loyal z1 customer discusted and hate not just you and your company and your SHIT customer service by not returning his calls and dodging them but you also made him get out of the car he loved because he didn't want to deal with your bs any more. I really hope you know damn well you fucked him over and I really hope alot of people read this and think twice about doing business with you and your company. COZ and Specailty Z are great companies. Your company is nothing more then a scammer IMO.
